SHIPPING
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free and does not require a minimum order. This applies to Worldwide deliveries.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are 5-7 days depending on the destination.
An additional 1-2 days are required for deliveries to islands.
Delivery times are business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipment Tracking
All shipments are fully trackable. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking code.
Order Processing Times
Orders are shipped the next business day after order completion, excluding national holidays or weekends.
Orders placed on national holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Days and Times
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday during business hours.
No deliveries are made on national holidays or weekends.
Address Changes
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible or no later than midnight on the day you placed the order.
We cannot change addresses for orders that have already been shipped.
Can You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we are happy to offer free worldwide delivery.
WARRANTY
Five-Year Warranty
We are pleased to offer a 5-year warranty on all our products.
The warranty is valid from the moment of delivery, providing coverage for manufacturing defects and abnormal wear.
Our warranty covers the following aspects:

- Abnormal wear that compromises the quality and integrity of the product
Free Replacement
In the event of defects covered by the warranty, we offer a free replacement of the product.
We do not carry out repairs but ensure that you receive a new and perfect product as a replacement.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Theft by third parties
- Accidental damage caused by improper use of the product
Warranty Validity for Gifts
The warranty is also valid for gifts. However, it is essential to keep the original receipt as proof of purchase to benefit from the warranty.

RETURNS
Request a Return
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted only for new products in perfect condition, without signs of wear and with the original packaging intact.
You can request a return for multiple items from the same order, provided they are returned together in the same shipment.

You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Cancel an Order
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us by midnight on the same day you made the payment by sending an email to Hello@Eveeo.com.
We can only cancel an order by midnight on the day it was placed.
It is not possible to cancel orders that have already been shipped; in this case, you can proceed with a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchange a Received Gift
You can request an exchange for a received gift within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges are accepted only for new products in perfect condition, without signs of wear and with the original packaging intact.

Return a Gift Received from a Third Party
It is not possible to request a refund for a gift received from a third party.
Return requests for refunds must be made by the person who placed the order within 30 days of its receipt.

Received Damaged Order
If you have received a damaged shipment, please accept our deepest apologies.

Order with Missing Items
If you have received a shipment with missing items, please check your shipping confirmation email. If there is more than one tracking number, your order may have been sent in multiple shipments.
Should any items be missing, please accept our sincere apologies.

Refund Timelines
Returns are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, after which a refund for the returned items is issued.
Refunds to bank payment cards (debit - credit - prepaid) take 1 to 5 business days to be credited.
Refunds via PayPal are credited within a few minutes of issuance.
Shipping Costs Refund
If there were shipping costs associated with your purchase, those costs will be refunded along with the returned items in the case of a full return.
In the case of a partial return, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
